After the long whipping Miss Leni is no longer interested in punishing the macho, she now wants to make the deal perfect. She wants to rent the club for a weekend and asks her victim for the price "7000$", he says and Miss Leni laughts at him. "That's much too high", she says and beats him hard with a big and long bamboo stick. The man moans in pain especially as Miss Leni digs the end of the stick into his skin... He can't take anymore and so he makes her the offer to rent the club for 5000$. "That's my answer...", Miss Lenis says and brings the stick harsh down on his ass again. She starts over her hard beating and asks her victim again and again how much the rent is... it's clear that she doesn't want to pay anything and so she beats him so hard without any mercy that her must agree in the end: She will get the club for free and the owner can save his life...
