After a break the neighbor the neighbor is fixed now to a black rubber bed in Miss Leni's living room. She says: "Look, you brought me cookies and now you may lay in my bed!"

The poor man asks her to let him go but the mean lady tells him that there are still so may things she wants to show him. He should learn more about his new neighbor. And the next he will get to know are Miss Leni's cruel single tail whips. First she uses her black one on his ass, bringing the cruel whip hard down on him. Her moans in pain but he is securely chained to the bed. And as he things he cannot take more of that, the cruel young Mistress chooses her more painful, double ended single tail.

After a while the spoiled and sadistic Miss Leni has a new idea for more fun: The already red ass of her neighbor could be a good salver for the cookies! She puts a cookie on his ass, takes her black single tail, aims the target and lashes with full force. The cookie bursts and the neighbor screams in pain. What a funny game. She must repeat that!

After all the neighbor is forced to clean the floor with a vacuum cleaner. He must remove all the crumbs from the floor while the young Mistress sits in her chair and pushes him with her cane! Her arrogance is indescribable. Look for yourself!
