Madame Charlotte wants to have some fun with the nosy man now. She has already attached a thick spiked collar around his balls so everytime she pulls on it the spikes bit nto his balls.
The chain from the collar is fixed to a bar that the mean lady lifts up now. She then puts her stiletto heels in front of his head and orders him to clean them. The man has to crawl forward but with every little move the chain pulls on the collar and the spikes bring so much pain to his balls.
But the cruel Mistress wants her heels to be cleaned, so this will become a very painful lesson...
